Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and protective films intact, ensuring it is securely packed in a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the timepiece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
